EXHIBITION
Throughout the time of the conference an exhibition will be held adjacent to the conference area, where suppliers of equipment, technology and materials to the battery industry will exhibit their products and services, and conduct marketing research and negotiations with battery manufacturers and users. The terms for exhibiting at LABAT’2008 are described here. |
WORKING LANGUAGE
The official language of the Conference is English.
No translation facilities will be provided.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
- A copy of the Volume of Extended Abstracts of all papers submitted for presentation at LABAT’2008 will be included in the Delegate’s pack to be handed over to each participant on registration. Additional copies of the Extended Abstracts Volume could be purchased during or after the conference, too.
- LABAT'2008 proceedings to include 30 selected papers presented at the Conference will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Power Sources. An International Scientific Committee will select the papers to be included in the special JPS issue.

SOCIAL EVENTS
LABAT’2008 delegates and their registered accompanying persons could make a choice through a number of specially organized social events:

- the Get-together Cocktail Party to be held in the evening of to be held on the evening of Sunday, 8 Jun, at Grand Hotel VARNA. It is open to all delegates and exhibitors as well as to their registered accompanying persons.

- a banquet at a Bulgarian folk restaurant in the vicinity of St.St. Constantin and Elena resort on Wednesday, 11 June (not included in the registration fee).
